This policy describes how SundayNight.Win (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website and planner. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Who we are

SundayNight.Win is a personal weekly planner with optional cloud sync. For privacy questions, see Contact.

What we collect

Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive identifiers and basic profile data (such as email and name) through Google and Firebase Authentication.
Planner content. Tasks, ideas, and related planner state you save may be stored in Google Cloud Firestore when cloud sync is enabled for your account.
Billing. If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes payment and subscription details. We store billing status associated with your account as needed to provide the service.
Technical data. Like most sites, hosting and infrastructure providers may log IP addresses, device type, and similar technical metadata when you use the service.

How we use information

We use the above to operate the service, authenticate you, sync your planner, process subscriptions, protect against abuse, and improve reliability.

Third-party services

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf, including Google (Firebase, Authentication, Firestore), Stripe (payments), and our hosting platform. Their use of data is governed by their respective policies.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to run the service or as required by law. You may request deletion or corrections by contacting us at the email on our Contact page. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

Security

We use industry-standard practices where reasonable, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International users

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
