Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

By using SundayNight.Win, you agree to these terms. They are provided for clarity and are not legal advice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SundayNight.Win provides a personal planner (weekly views, ideas, optional cloud sync, and related features). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. To sign in with Google, you must comply with Google’s terms as well.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features (“Pro”) are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal, and taxes are as shown at checkout. You may cancel according to the options presented by Stripe or in your account. Unless required otherwise by law, payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service—for example, no breaking the law, no harassing others, no trying to access others’ data, and no attempting to disrupt or overload our systems.

Your content

You retain rights to the planner content you enter. You grant us permission to host, store, and process that content only to operate the service for you.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
